There is not much to write when you sit all day in the vehicle and you keep watching the mile posts slowly go by. Not much change in the landscape from yesterday; it is amazing how much corn is grown here, where does it all go? We have seen some huge silos; some cattle and some elk on the grass especially if the land gets a bit hilly.
Lots of small lakes and rivers; we are 1200 ft high but it looks like there is a lot of swamp here as well. We are driving in North Dakota.
It was a cold day, the thermometer only reached 17ºC today and in the evening it started to rain.
